From the Home screen, tap Host to create a new game. Choose your game mode, set your timer, add teams, select card packs, and tap Launch. For multiplayer modes (Head-to-Head and Gauntlet), other players join using the room code shown in the lobby.

Share your 6-digit room code with other players. They tap Join on their device, enter the code, choose a team name, and they're in. You can also share the QR code directly from the lobby screen.

• Classic: One guesser, all teammates act — teams take turns on a single device. 2–6 teams.
• Head-to-Head: Both teams see the same card simultaneously and race to guess first. Requires two devices. No skips.
• Gauntlet: Elimination mode — lowest-scoring team is knocked out each round until one team remains. Requires 3+ teams on separate devices.

From the Home screen, navigate to the Menu, then to the Packs section and tap New Pack. Write your cards directly onto the card face, choose a card type and difficulty for each, then add at least 5 cards to unlock the finishing options where you can name your pack and choose a color.

Free players can create up to 3 custom card packs. Premium subscribers can create unlimited packs. You can upgrade to Premium anytime from inside the app.

Yes — tap on any custom pack you've created to open it, then tap the edit button. You can update individual cards, rename the pack, change its color, or delete it entirely.

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Charadex, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Open the app and go to the Premium screen. Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

First try tapping Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. If that doesn't resolve it, contact us at tipsypixelstudio@gmail.com with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it out promptly.

• Make sure both devices have an active internet connection
• Double-check the room code — it must be exactly 6 digits
• Head-to-Head games only allow 2 teams total
• Games that have already started cannot be joined
• Room codes expire 24 hours after the game was created

The app requires camera and microphone permissions to record highlights. Go to iPhone Settings → Charadex and make sure Camera and Microphone are both enabled. Then return to the app and toggle recording on in Settings.

Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, email us at tipsypixelstudio@gmail.com with a description of what happened, your device model, and your iOS version — we'll investigate as quickly as possible.
